NEW RECORD FOR LADY GAGA !
The new song Lady Gaga, "Born This Way" made history Wednesday, February 16, and went straight to the top of the Billboard Hot 100, becoming the thousandth song that won first place in the chart in Billboard, at 52 years of history it.
The eccentric singer said in a statement that it is a great honor her own song is the 1000 No1 in Billboard.
Furthermore, Lady Gaga thanked her fans for the acceptance of "Born This Way".
The "Born This Way" is the 19th song in the history of the Hot 100 to debut at No.1 going through the chart.
Also, the first week of release, the single "Born This Way" had 448,000 digital sales, a figure which represents yet another record: the Lady Gaga became the female artist with the biggest sales market for the first song. The previous record held by Britney Spears to "Hold It Against Me"
